The vision of Sumo University is to build a premiere institution of higher learning where we prepare the next generation of accountable leaders in business, government, entrepreneurship, and in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM).
STEAM is a relatively new framework for teaching and learning across subject disciplines. STEAM is based on STEM education, which came as a result of the vast need to have more students achieve success in understanding the system and connections that bind together the hard sciences, technology, engineering and mathematics, in order to help solve the problems of a changing world.
Sumo University will offer academic programs that meet the needs of the 21th Century, and enables our graduates to take risks in their careers. One those area will be the School of Law. The School of Law will serve as a training and mentorship center for those who will take this path. Sumo U is a Higher Purpose University that pushes our students and graduates to take risks in their careers.
Sumo University School of Medicine will train and graduate quality medical personnels. The school will train general medical staff, nurses, doctors, and public health professionals. Good healthcare delivery is at the core of our mission, and we are determined to find a way to achieve the goal. Plan for the school is underway and we are mobilizing resources to begin the process. We will recruit and hire the professors and staff to run the school.
Sumo University will promote and invest in agriculture. The School of Tropical Agricultural and Food Sciences will the Land-Grant Initiatives in recruiting students and to ensure that agriculture as a career path is meaningful and profitable for themselves and the nation with a singular mission to “Feed our People and the world”.

Sumo University also provides educational training for the next generation of leaders in STEAM Education for Elementary, Middle, and High School students.
